We have started a new department specifically to find buyers for English property owners, and properties for those looking to buy.

Our commission rate is an unbeatable 2.5% which is included in the purchase price, so everybody knows just what the house is really being sold for, with no hidden agenda!

We will liase between the buyer and the seller so that property viewing can be arranged at a time to suit you, with no need to be restricted to estate agency opening hours.

Before sending a potential buyer to view your property, we will supply them with full details about it, along the lines of those provided by english estate agents, so that they really know what they are coming to see.

We will also find out to the best of our ability if they really are in a position to buy.

We insist that all buyers use a lawyer, and we can recommend English speaking ones if necessary. 

We are proud to be providing this service at probably the lowest commission rate around, i n an era when agents are notoriously cagey about the amount of commission they earn, and 10, 15 or 20% is not unusual.

We feel no need to hide the amount we charge from anybody.

Occassionally we do sell properties owned by Spanish and for this we collaborate with local agents.

This proves more reliable than, as English, going directly to the seller as some people would raise the asking price to non locals.

Consequently, we cannot say what the difference is between the seller's price and the agents. However we only use agents we trust and whom we know to put on a minimal commission, and our commission rate of 2.5% remains the same and is taken from the agent's profit.

It does not interest us to become part of a chain of many agents, all adding their commission on top of the seller's price!
